2,400 square-foot expansion to an existing Church. This project consisted of extending a pre-engineered metal building by 30 feet. The client required all work scheduled so that mass could be held every Saturday and Sunday without interruption. The project also required retrofitting a new fire sprinkler system, along with major improvements to the HVAC and lighting components of the building.
The Challenges
We planned every aspect of the schedule in detail to ensure work for each week would be completed by Friday at noon. Then, our team thoroughly cleaned and setup the Sanctuary for mass services. The Church remained active every weekend throughout the entire construction phase. All new carpentry finishes were custom made to match the existing finishes that were no longer available.
