New finish-out construction of a medical office. This project consisted of eight exam rooms, a Dr.’s office, two bathrooms, and a waiting/reception area.
The Challenges
In order to bring the project within budget, we listened carefully to the client’s most important requests, prioritizing the main needs and presenting value engineered options. Way after the warranty period was over, there were some issues with paint and cabinetry due to humidity problems with the vacant space adjacent to this office. Turning Point came back and addressed these issues at no cost for the client.
